Ingredients (for 30 cookies)
200 grams of flour
75 grams of sugar
1 egg yolk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
125 grams of butter
1 tablespoon cold water
Preparation method
Put the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
Add the butter in cubes and the egg yolk.
Blend until crumbly.
Add the tablespoon of cold water and knead the dough by hand into a firm ball.
Wrap the dough in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Remove the dough from the foil and sprinkle some flour on your countertop and roll out the dough on it.
Cut rounds out of the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Press fun shapes into the cookies with the cookie stamps.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes until golden brown.
