Return conditions
Shipping costs are 7.95 euros (e.g. for the Netherlands) for orders under 100 euros. Orders over 100 euros are shipped for free (e.g. for the Netherlands). Should one or more items be returned afterwards and the total amount of your order falls below 100 euros, shipping costs of 7.95 euros will still be charged. This amount will be deducted from the amount of the returned item.

We kindly ask you to include the packing slip or a note with the order number and your name, so that we know who the package is from.
We aim to process the refund within 10 days of receiving the items after approval of the return.
The right of return expires if you have attempted to repair or alter the item in any way yourself.
The consumer bears the risk for return shipment. We therefore advise you to always track the package with Track & to send the tracking code and keep the proof of shipment so that you can claim any loss from the carrier.
The return shipment must be sent to us with sufficient postage.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Return costs vary; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning it.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@sisiliving.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
- We do not provide a guarantee on any type of printing or affixing.
- If you have purchased an item that goes on sale later, this cannot be offset retroactively.
Received the wrong item?
It may happen that the order you received is incorrect or incomplete. Therefore, always check immediately upon receipt whether your order is correct. Should you discover that your order is incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately: info@sisiliving.nl We will then ensure that you receive the correct items as soon as possible. Please note! Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
