Return conditions
The shipping costs are 6.95 euros for orders under 100 euros. Orders are shipped free of charge from 100 euros. If an item or multiple items are returned after this and the total amount of your order is less than 100 euros, shipping costs of 6.95 euros will still be charged. This amount will be deducted from the amount of the returned item.
You must register a return by email: info@sisiliving.nl stating the reason for the return.

We would like to ask you to attach the packing slip or a note with the order number and your name, so that we know who the package belongs to.
We aim to process the refund within 10 days of receipt of the items once the return has been approved.
The right of return expires if you have attempted to repair or change the item yourself in any way.
The consumer bears the risk for returns. We therefore recommend that you always send the package with Track & Send the trace code and keep the proof of shipment so that you can claim any loss from the carrier.
The return shipment must be sent to us with sufficient postage.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the must be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@sisiliving.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

- If you have purchased an item that will later go on sale, this cannot be settled retroactively.
Received the wrong item?
It may happen that the order you received is incorrect or incomplete. Therefore, always check whether your order is correct immediately upon receipt. If you discover that your order is incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately: info@sisiliving.nl
We will then ensure that you receive the correct items as quickly as possible.
